Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Worker roles in our distribution network. Start pay is $24.00 per hour with a range to $26.86 per hour, plus eligible shift differential ($2.00–$3.50 per hour) based on eligibility. Roles involve packing, loading, shipping, and accurate merchandise processing in a fast-paced environment.

Team members follow safety policies, attend trainings, and contribute to continuous improvement. AWS and ADA accommodations available as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to push carts up to 60 lbs and move items with equipment.
• Stand/walk for shifts and work at heights where applicable.
• Read labels and product documentation with accuracy.
• Operate computers or handheld devices after training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly and efficiently handling freight and inventory.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work area and report on time.
