Job summary

Sennheiser in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process at our US location. You will handle receipt, storage, and shipment of products, contributing to efficient order fulfilment and inventory accuracy in a dynamic team.

Collaborating with Logistics, Order Management, Customer Service and Repair Services, you will help ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety and process standards. forklift and hazmat shipments training available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP systems and shipping platforms advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes preferred.
• 1–3 years in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or related operations preferred.
• Forklift certification – Employer can train

Warehouse Operator Americas Nashville

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting operational warehouse activities across the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process at our Nashville, TN office. Through accurate receipt, storage, handling and shipment of products, spare parts and repair-related materials, the role helps ensure efficient order fulfilment, inventory accuracy and timely customer deliveries.

As part of the integrated Supply Chain Services team, the Warehouse Operator collaborates with Logistics, Order Management, Customer Service and Repair Services to support operational excellence and a high level of customer service throughout the Order-to-Delivery process.

Competencies/Qualifications

• Warehouse Operations Execution
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP systems and shipping platforms is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes preferred.
• Inventory Accuracy & Control
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control or related operational experience preferred.
