Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets, generate pick lists, and route deliveries in the system per the Shipping Supervisor's instructions.
• Review daily delivery volume and communicate with stores regarding scheduling and delivery limits.
• Generate transfer lists and assist stores with merchandise sampling and related paperwork.
• Verify received merchandise against purchase orders and acknowledge pack lists in the system.
• Answer phones, respond to customer and store inquiries, and route messages as needed.
• Maintain vendor files, manage petty cash, and keep the office work area organized.

What You'll Do

Our Warehouse Office Associates keep our shipping and receiving operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Day to day, you'll:
