Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a delivery associate to support our warehouse operations in Medley, FL.

The role requires coordinating delivery schedules, recording any missed or re-deliveries, and submitting manifests promptly for contractor settlements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, completing necessary training, and ensuring safety and professional communication with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
