Position Details

Base Pay: $38,000 to $42,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and trailer pools within the warehouse
• Update load plans and verify shipments
• Complete Bill of Lading and billing documents
• Assist loaders and warehouse staff with RF issues
• Coordinate with Customer Service on returns and quality notifications

Shift and Environment

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with possible overtime and occasional weekends

Location: Distribution Center, Whiteland, IN

The warehouse environment is non-climate-controlled, with exposure to temperature swings, noise, fumes, and traffic. Safety procedures must always be followed, including wearing appropriate protective gear.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand, squat, or bend as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of freight tendering and routing in the transportation industry
