Tire Rack Inc. is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Office Associate I to support essential office functions for the warehouse team. You will help coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order processing with attention to detail.
After training, you will rotate shifts on a two-week cycle and work Monday–Friday with potential Saturday/Sunday duties. Prior clerical experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred, and good communication is essential to success.
Candidates must be available and willing to work both rotating shifts.
The Warehouse Office Associate I is responsible for supporting essential office functions that help the
warehouse team carry out their operational duties. This entry-level role plays a key part in ensuring
smooth coordination across departments such as Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, and Order
Management. The Office Associate maintains accurate documentation, prepares orders and records for
processing, assists in resolving minor discrepancies, and supports customer service efforts to uphold
company standards. No prior experience is required: however, strong attention to detail, the ability to
collaborate, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring their requests are handled promptly and courteously.
Create and confirm receiving and shipping appointments for inbound and outbound shipments, including LTL, UPS, customer pickups, and outbound containers.
Process and manage shipping orders, ensuring accuracy in details for LTL, UPS, customer pickups, and container shipments.
Handle requests from customer service and sales teams regarding orders, inventory inquiries, and stock availability.
Assist with inventory tracking, including performing regular stock checks, confirming product availability, and updating records as necessary.
Clean, organize, and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace remains efficient and well-stocked.
Respond to stock inquiries and fulfill requests from other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and logistics.
Support warehouse operations by ensuring that all necessary documentation and coordination are in place for order fulfillment and deliveries.
Work closely with warehouse team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
Handle filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed to support the warehouse team.

This position typically requires 1 year of experience in a clerical or office environment.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and experience with warehouse management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A substantial amount of simple and firm grasping, fine manipulating, handwriting and computer keyboard/mouse usage is required.
Specific abilities required by this job include vision, speech, touch and hearing.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to normal amounts of computer terminal emissions and noise from telephones, computer printers and co-workers. This job is primarily performed in a temperature-controlled, non-smoking office environment.
