Job summary

United is seeking an Oddball Picker to join our Georgia warehouse. You will pick wine, beer and spirits and prepare items for shipment, using a cherry picker and power equipment. Meet standard productivity goals and maintain a clean, safe environment daily.

Must be 18+, with at least six months warehouse experience; cherry picker experience is strongly preferred. You will also handle labels, inventory records and wave sequence fulfillment, working in a non-temperature controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Six months of warehouse experience in a similar position.
• Six months experience operating a cherry picker strongly preferred.
• Ability to read labels and product descriptions quickly.
• Strong math and inventory record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick wine, beer and spirits, and prepare items for shipment.
• Place labels on boxes in wave sequence.
• Ensure loads are stacked, secured, and stable.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Picking is done on a cherry picker from a rack or the Company’s equipment and must be completed in wave numerical order. The associate must prepare and maintain a clean and safe working environment. He or she must meet standard productivity goals daily and appropriately handle all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
