Job summary

UnitedUnited is the largest beverage alcohol wholesaler in Georgia and Alabama. The Beer Picker role involves meeting hourly performance goals, scanning orders, and building pallets using power equipment. Responsibilities include inventory control, shipping/receiving, and returns, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Applicants must be 18+, have warehouse experience, and be able to operate an electric pallet jack. Prior cherry picker/forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Six months of warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Six months of experience operating an electric pallet jack required.
• Experience operating a cherry picker, forklift, and other power equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hourly performance goals.
• Receive daily ipods with preloaded orders and scan/verify items.
• Transport orders to QC for accuracy verification.
• Ensure loads are stacked, secured, and stable.
• Stage pallets and verify failed QC pallets.
• Replenish products using power equipment and technology.
• Submit daily power equipment checklists to management.
• Report safety or equipment issues in writing.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently; maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
