Job summary

UnitedUnited is seeking a capable warehouse associate to operate a cherry picker, pick wine, beer and spirits, and prepare shipments. The role requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include labeling, stacking and securing loads, operating power equipment, and communicating inventory needs to the Warehouse Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Six months of warehouse experience required.
• Six months experience operating a cherry picker preferred.
• Experience operating a pallet jack, forklift, and other power equipment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Pick wine, beer and spirits and prepare items for shipment according to order labels.
• Place labels on boxes in wave sequence and ensure loads are stable and secure.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow company policies.
• Communicate inventory levels to the Warehouse Area Manager and assist other zones as needed.

Picking is done on a cherry picker from a rack or the Company’s equipment and must be completed in wave numerical order. The associate must prepare and maintain a clean and safe working environment. He or she must meet standard productivity goals daily and appropriately handle all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
