Second Shift: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under appropriate supervision with latitude for independent judgment, performs a variety of assignments, both technical and clerical, including cycle counting, BLR, and non-conforming products. Also includes implementing, coordinating, and assisting in the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to carry out a sequence of related warehousing functions and responsibilities. Duties require manual, clerical, and data entry skills.

• Maintain the BLR folders and Michelin BLR system including block orders, sorts, and treatments.
• Maintain all BLR tires physically and systematically including daily/weekly counts, wrapping the tires, etc.
• Maintain the TNC5 Status Report.
• Direct and/or perform assigned duties such as maintaining records.
• Track, validate, measure, and input all activities in Time & Attendance and metrics reporting.
• Assist in training new employees as required.
• Thorough knowledge of WSI Employee Handbook.
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Office package: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Monitor BLR process to ensure client specifications.
• Other duties assigned by the Inventory Control Manager.
