Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) is seeking a Warehouse NE Lift Operator in Memphis, TN. You will operate forklifts and related equipment to move goods, load/unload trucks, and support inventory control while following strict safety standards.

You will collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock handling and timely order fulfillment. Prior forklift certification and experience in a warehouse setting are essential; familiarity with WMS and OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification or license where required by state regulations.
• Experience operating lift trucks or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods.

About the Role:

The Warehouse NE Lift Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within the warehouse environment. This position is responsible for operating lift trucks and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products to designated storage or shipping areas. The role demands strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure workplace. The operator will collaborate closely with warehouse team members to support inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall productivity and operational success of the warehouse by maintaining smooth material flow and accurate handling of inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification or license as required by state regulations.
• Prior experience operating lift trucks or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods.
