Job summary

Thermal Supply seeks a Warehouse Associate to off-load, put-away, pick, and stage equipment and parts while delivering professional customer service. The role ensures proper material handling, inventory, and safety procedures throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include using forklift, recording transactions, maintaining housekeeping, and supporting customers and CSRs as needed. Requirements include a valid license, basic computer skills, and 1+ year warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable warehouse experience.
• 1+ years industrial forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Must have Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
• Must pass DOT standards and pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material and product.
• Ensure items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls and paperwork accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow SOPs, work processes and company policies.
