Job summary

Form Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors and other warehouse equipment. You will work with the warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient operation and maintain detailed maintenance records.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with mechanics training, warehouse experience, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanics preferred.
• Experience as a mechanic in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of forklift and machinery repair, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors and other warehouse machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Develop and execute a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ordering replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to identify and prioritize repairs.
• Provide guidance to team members on proper use and care of equipment.
