Role Summary:

The Warehouse Materials Team Lead oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials, maintaining safety, inventory accuracy, and coordination with other departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor completion, and evaluate team performance.
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, and movement of materials, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Manage finished goods staging, trailer loading, and documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to align material flow with schedules.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct safety training.
• Maintain equipment and warehouse cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report on performance metrics.
• Make personnel recommendations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience with SAP.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory systems and basic computer skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and warehouse equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Full-time, 2nd shift (1:45 PM - 10:00 PM), Monday-Friday, overtime as needed.
• Onsite work with standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating equipment, exposure to varying temperatures.
• Adherence to safety and operational policies.
