Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in Blue Ash, OH, seeks a Warehouse & Materials Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and materials operations in a cGMP-regulated environment. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive inventory accuracy and process improvements.

The role uses SAP to track inventory, conducts cycle counts, and supports production schedules. Day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6am-6:30pm with cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Leadership in management or supervisory roles in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Considerable experience leading others, project management, and supply chain leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse and materials operations, including receiving, storage, staging, material issuance, and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and materials employees; manage staffing, schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Assign work tasks and priorities to ensure timely material availability aligned with production schedules.
• Utilize SAP to track inventory, materials movement, transactions, and physical inventory adjustments.
• Conduct and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure operations comply with cGMP, SOPs, safety requirements, and audit readiness.
• Monitor and report KPIs; drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
