scheduleCoordinate work order picking and kittingSupport production scheduling through effective material planningMinimize production interruptions caused by material shortagesManage Kanban replenishment systems and internal material flowReceiving and Incoming MaterialsCoordinate receipt ofpurchasedmaterialsVerify quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, and shipment conditionWork closely with Quality during incoming inspectionResolve receiving discrepancies with suppliers and PurchasingEnsuretimelyERP receiving transactionsShipping and LogisticsCoordinate domestic and international school diploma or GEDFive or more years of warehouse or materials management experience within a manufacturing environmentTwo or more years leading warehouse personnelExperience using ERP systems for inventory managementStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelForklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsAssociate's orBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related fieldExperience supporting advanced manufacturing operationsExperience with battery, automotive, aerospace, electronics, industrial equipment, or medical device manufacturingExperience with barcode and warehouse scanning systemsExperience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP platformsKnowledge of Lean
