Job summary

Custom Goods, LLC seeks a Material Handler I to receive, ship, sort and store materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will move materials off trucks, prepare orders for shipment, label boxes, wrap pallets, and place items in correct locations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, about 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail. Equal opportunity employer. Hourly pay rate is $18.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of relevant warehouse and distribution experience preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move materials off trucks, pallets or racks and prepare orders for shipment.
• Sort and segregate materials onto correct pallet or other locations based on item number.
• Place labels on boxes or pallets as instructed in the process.
• Wrap pallets with stretch wrap and other packaging supplies.
• Put away product in designated warehouse locations.
• Identify damage, loss, or surplus of materials and communicate issues.
• Utilize RF equipment to track product.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with safety procedures.
