Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to receive orders, manage materials, and support field operations in Kentucky. The role involves forklift operations, material handling, and inventory control to ensure timely deliveries to Greenville and Asheville warehouses.

Candidates should be able to work independently, lift up to 30 lbs, and use basic inventory software. Prior construction or electrical materials experience is a plus and driving might be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Comfort with ladders or lifts to access elevated storage areas.
• Stand for extended periods during warehouse operations.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds with proper technique.
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory software and related systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming orders and accurately record them in the inventory spreadsheet.
• Facilitate transfer of orders to field staff.
• Pull and/or order materials as requested by PMs and Foremen.
• Stock materials and orders in designated locations in the warehouse.
• Operate the tool crib and maintain organization.
• Deliver materials to jobsites and transport between Greenville and Asheville warehouses.
• Collaborate with warehouse manager to support operations and maintain facilities.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality.
• All other duties as assigned.
