Responsibilities

• Receive, examine and determine the condition/disposition of materials.
• Verify and document data (stock number, nomenclature, quantity, lot/issue unit, disposal authority code, DEMIL).
• Inspect usability and determine acceptability; assign warehousing classification instructions.
• Verify demilitarization codes; segregate property requiring DEMIL; ensure proper certification on turn-in documents.
• Perform inventories and re-palletize/re-locate property as needed.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment to move palletized materials.
