Job summary

Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command is seeking a warehousing specialist to identify, examine, classify, accept, and disposition complex materials and equipment, with required forklift operation.

You will work inside and outside in a warehouse environment, following safety procedures and using technical manuals and drawings to verify items such as aircraft components. Credit given for part-time or volunteer experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a wide range of materials, equipment, and parts.
• Familiar with warehousing, reutilization, disposal procedures, and demilitarization.
• Knowledge of safety and security practices and procedures.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and equipment specifications.
• Experience operating forklifts with capacity under 10,000 pounds.
• Ability to disassemble equipment and handle hazardous materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Move and handle materials using forklift trucks as required.
