Job summary

MacArthur Co. is a 100% employee-owned national distributor of building materials in Wisconsin, seeking a Warehouse Materials Handler to stock, prepare, and ship orders with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will operate forklifts, load/unload trucks, print paperwork, stock shelves, assist customers, and maintain organized warehouse and yard areas while meeting daily schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to lift 40-80 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
• Follow safety policies outlined by the company.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and reach for 8-10 hours.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Pulling and checking orders for delivery.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Use the computer system to print delivery paperwork.
• Stocking shelves and helping customers.
• Drive Forklift in picking area and build pallet/load.
• Efficiently and accurately organize building materials using equipment.
• Follow daily operations schedule, with an ability to adjust to customer needs.
• Continually organize both warehouse and yard work areas.
• Decision-making within clear guidelines with support from team and management.
• Attention to detail, with higher-than-average accuracy in work quality.
