MacArthur Co, a 100% employee-owned distributor of building materials based in Wisconsin, is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Driver. You will stock, prepare orders, and deliver to a network of customers while maintaining safety, accuracy, and on-time performance.

The role involves inside and outside work areas and requires licensing, clean driving records, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, order accuracy checks, forklift operation,

Qualifications

• Valid Class B driver's license and clean driving record in last 3 years.
• 1 year of box truck driving experience.
• Able to lift 40-70 pounds throughout shift.
• Forklift material handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials safely to industrial, commercial, and residential sites.
• Stock and prepare orders for distribution to customers.
• Review orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections daily.
• Load/unload materials and operate forklifts as required.
