Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound shipments at our Stockton facility. You will stock, pick, pack, and stage orders while maintaining safety and inventory controls.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, basic math and excellent attention to detail. You will operate RF equipment and other warehouse tools in a fast-paced environment with varying noise and environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock and unload inbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory controls and stock locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
• Pack, weigh and prepare orders for shipment.
• Match invoices to shipping labels and stage material for shipment.
