Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor in Stockton, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate, damage-free shipments and timely processing. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, pick and pack orders, and maintain inventory with safety and accuracy.

Requirements include 18+, English proficiency, 1–2 years’ related experience or education, and forklift certification. Candidate must be adaptable, work well in a team, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs while maintaining high productivity.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or education
• Forklift certifiable
• Adaptive learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow directions.
• Positive attitude - work as part of a team and/or independently
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relations with people in different functions.
• Active listening skills
• Basic math, reading, and voice comprehension are a must.
• Ability to read packs, order labels, other information and match visible items and other data.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and instruct others in the operation of material moving equipment and vehicles in the warehouse.
• Determine loading/unloading sequences for maximum space, safety, and damage protection.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Receive, stock, unload and load materials onto shipping containers, pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Maintain inventory controls by counting stock and recording items received.
