Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Material Handler in Anoka, MN for a full-time, on-site role. You will pick and move parts across the warehouse, deliver materials to production areas, and help with receiving and inventory tasks.

The job requires frequent walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfort with heights in a clean manufacturing setting. The position offers a stable environment with room for advancement into lead roles and comprehensive benefits upon direct hire.

Qualifications

• 6+ months warehouse experience
• Experience with material handling, order picking, stocking, or inventory management
• Comfortable using pallet jacks
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently (20–30 lbs typical)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working at heights

Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials from the warehouse for production orders.
• Transport materials using carts, pallet jacks, pallets, and tuggers.
• Organize and stage materials for production teams.
• Use lifts to retrieve parts from higher storage locations.
• Assist with receiving, inventory replenishment, and stock organization.
• Walk throughout the warehouse to locate and retrieve products.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures.
