Sky Chefs, a leading airline catering provider, seeks a full-time operator in San Francisco. Responsibilities include receiving, dating, rotating, and storing products per FIFO, delivering items to departments on schedule, and decanting products while logging usage under HACCP guidelines.

The role requires standing 8–10 hours, lifting up to 30 lbs, and lifting, bending, and moving in a high-noise production environment. Weekend/holiday shifts may apply; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and push up to 100 lbs.
• Must stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Weekend and holiday work may be required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, date, rotate, and store products per FIFO.
• Deliver products to departments on schedule or requisitions.
• Decant products and record usage on logs per HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Assist with recycling and cardboard disposal.
