Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40–86 pounds with assistance.
• Effective verbal communication skills.

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut carpet and pad based on customer order and prepare for installer pickup the following morning.
• Unload pad deliveries; store product per instructions and systems.
• Keep warehouse and surrounding area clean and organized at all times.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely; obtain forklift certification.
• Organize information for inventory control.
• Follow safety protocols and incident response processes.
• Manage used carpet/pad drop-off area; keep it neat and clean.
