Job summary

GNT USA, a fast-growing, family-owned producer of EXBERRY colorings, seeks a Material Handler to manage safe material movement, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You’ll work closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain accurate stock and timely shipping.

The role requires precision, physical stamina, and adherence to GMP, SQF, and PPE standards, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate forklifts; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in picking, labeling, and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift at least 55lbs, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to changes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.
• Clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Commitment to following safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with GNT’s company culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Stage and transport materials to support production, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Label GNT products using established labeling systems.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Organize products and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform other related tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.
• Assist team lead to ensure seamless workflow and goals are met.
