Job summary

GNT, the family-run company behind EXBERRY®, seeks a Material Handler to manage safe handling and movement of materials in our Kentucky facility. You’ll collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ship, receive, label, and stage goods, ensuring a continuous flow of materials.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, labeling, inventory counting, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining GMP and SQF standards. A positive safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to operate forklifts; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in picking, labeling and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift at least 55 lbs and perform physical tasks all day.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability to changes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.
• Clear communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Stage and transport materials to support production, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Label products using established systems to ensure correct identification.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and maintain stock levels.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support overall warehousing operations.
• Perform other related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Support the team lead to ensure seamless workflow.
