Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Certified to operate reach trucks and forklifts.
• Hands-on experience with cycle counts and RF scanning.
• Read and interpret procedure manuals and work instructions.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Strong basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Good physical health and ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory precise: locate, count, receive, store, stock, and ship merchandise.
• Pick and build customer orders from stock; stage on pallets and move to packing.
• Receive and count inbound freight daily; enter items into the computer system.
• Organize items on racks, bins, and shelves by codes or sequences.
• Investigate and resolve freight claim discrepancies.
• Update product maintenance locations daily for accuracy.
• Perform daily cycle counts with precision using RF scanners.
• Inspect and process product returns back into inventory.
• Load and unload merchandise for receiving and shipping.
• Operate company equipment safely and professionally at all times.
