Job Description
A Warehouse Material Handler / Reach Truck Operator is responsible for warehouse operations such as shipping/receiving, inventory movement, and order picking. The role requires teamwork, urgency, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
2. Follow GMPs, complete training, and comply with regulations.
3. Prepare and complete orders, verify product and pallet integrity, confirm counts, and prepare shipments.
4. Apply labels, complete shipping paperwork, and report discrepancies.
5. Ensure trailer/container integrity and security before loading.
6. Enter data into WMS and perform inventory controls.
7. Maintain a clean and safe environment, report safety issues.
8. Utilize space efficiently and assist supervising personnel.
9. Communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

1. Reach Truck experience preferred.
2. High school diploma.
3. Good organization and time management skills.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and office equipment.
6. Ability to lift heavy objects, conduct safety checks, and operate machinery.
7. Adherence to safety procedures and continuous improvement mindset.
