Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler / Fork Truck Operator

Shift: 3rd Shift (Shift Differential)

Job Description:

The warehouse material handler is responsible for daily operations including shipping/receiving, inventory management, and order picking. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Follow GMPs, complete training, and comply with all regulations.
• Manage inbound loads, data entry in WMS, and trailer/container inspections.
• Complete inbound and outbound paperwork accurately.
• Verify product and pallet integrity, prepare shipments, and label accordingly.
• Maintain inventory controls and uphold safety standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist supervising staff and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• Fork Truck experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and conduct safety checks.
• Experience with machinery such as banding, taping, sealing.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
