Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Bryson City, NC is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to fulfill customer orders by building pallets from pick tickets, using a pallet jack and PIT equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You'll transport pallets, assist in cleaning, complete daily PIT checks, correct mistakes with the checker, and perform other duties to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Up to 12 months of work experience.
• PIT Pallet Jack certification.
• Ability to work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and places quantities of cases onto a pallet as instructed by the Pick Ticket, safely building stable pallets.
• Transports pallets using a pallet jack to different warehouse areas safely and efficiently.
• Assists in warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as needed.
• Performs daily PIT checklist and alerts management to issues.
• Corrects mistakes as directed by the Checker and data entry.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
• Supports efficient operation in a dynamic warehouse environment.
