Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to fulfill customer orders by retrieving and stacking product on pallets along a defined conveyor or pallet, following Pick Tickets and safety requirements.

The role operates on the 2nd shift (4:00 PM start). Required PIT Pallet Jack certification and ability to lift up to 75 lbs in a noisy, non-climate controlled warehouse environment. Benefits include paid time off and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe material handling and pallet building.
• Able to lift 30 lbs repetitively and up to 75 lbs.
• Experience with pallet jack and PIT equipment.
• Ability to read pick tickets and computer screens.
• Work in a noisy, non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and place quantities of product onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Transport pallets using PIT to different areas of the warehouse.
• Assist with warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Complete daily PIT checklist and report issues to management.
• Correct mistakes as directed by the Checker and support operations.
