Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation in San Diego, CA is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler to perform receipt, stowage, kitting, and issuing of material in accordance with MIL-STD 129N. The role requires reading specifications, handling MROs, labeling, data entry to DSS, and operating MHE with a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college/technical training is desirable.
• Minimum one year general experience; at least one year in material handling, supply, distribution, QA or related area.
• Ability to read contractual specs, drawings and photos.
• Knowledge of inspection/examination procedures for material and QA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic email software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per DLA regulations.
• Load material on/off skids, pallets, and stands.
• Prepare labels as required.
• Fill Materiel Request Orders (MROs) on a timely basis.
• Prepare various distribution reports.
• Operate tools and equipment in performing duties.
• Receive data and input data to DSS and other systems.
• Operate MHE with an appropriate license.
• Count, weigh, and record data; apply tags/labels.
• Perform preventive maintenance adjustments to equipment.
• Ensure integrity of tools and inventory.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
