Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the MD Fill - A1 Shift (6am-6:30pm Sun/Mon/Tue & every other Wed). You will handle receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping of product, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are essential. The role requires basic English literacy, forklift experience, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED to ensure basic math and reading ability.
• 2+ yrs Forklift experience (preferred).
• Pass medical screening and background checks where applicable.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing demands.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and RF scanners; good communication.
• Lift 50 lbs. and work 8+ hours in a day; PPE as required.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform receipt, storage, transport, picking, packing, shipping tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GxP, and government standards.
• Accurately process paperwork and verify shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple operation areas and minimize errors.
• Inspect inbound material for OS&D and store correctly.
• Pick customer orders accurately and verify quantities.
• Transfer materials to storage or shipping locations.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling and customer order matching.
