Job summary

The Hillman Group in Minnesota, Shakopee, is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations by moving materials and finished products using powered industrial equipment.

You will load/unload trucks, stock the Bulk storage area, provide replenishment to workstations, and transfer finished products to designated areas. The role requires basic scanning, pallet jack operation, and adherence to safety programs. Schedule: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of powered, industrial equipment
• Loads and unloads trucks
• Ability to use a hand scanner
• Picks-up incoming materials from the Receiving dock
• Unloads and puts away stock in the Bulk storage area
• Provides replenishment materials to workstations in a timely manner
• Pulls and stocks correct product to appropriate boxes and pick locations
• Transfers finished products to designated areas
• Stacks empty skids and pallets in designated areas
• Operates a manual and/or motorized pallet jack
• Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to manager
