Job summary

PLA and its Family of Companies is seeking a Warehouse General Labor Material Handler II for our Siloam Springs facility in Arkansas. The role focuses on moving materials through manual sorting and placement, ensuring a safe and accurate flow of products within a busy warehouse.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 hourly with a 50-cent progression after 1 year and annually. Full benefits and weekly pay are offered, along with PTO and health plans.

Qualifications

• Movement of materials and products through manual sorting and placement.
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy materials repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe movement of products or merchandise.
• Review products to ensure proper placement.
• All other duties as assigned to support and improve team operations.
• Adjust to new reporting relationships and schedules to meet company needs.
