You will work under supervision, with a focus on safe operations, accuracy, and timely preparation for outbound deliveries across a large pallet management operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe movement of pallets, totes, and merchandise.
• Review products for proper placement and readiness for shipment.
• Prepare pallets or totes for shipment.
• Perform minor repairs on pallets or totes as needed.
• Conduct sortation, inventory, and quality inspections as required.
• Support and improve overall team operations.
