Job summary

Baxter International in Byhalia, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move products through the distribution center safely and accurately. You will follow all safety and company policies while maintaining a positive work environment that supports Baxter's mission.

The role includes processing orders, using RF scanners, handling hazardous materials per regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Strong numerical literacy and basic math.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
• Able to use RF scanner and warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process orders; verify stickers for inbound and outbound.
• Process hazardous materials per regulations.
• Use RF terminal to process product in warehouse.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Utilize WMS and RF equipment.
• Prepare pick/pack documents for freezer products.
• Document inventory discrepancies.
