Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking a Material Handler - Warehouse to safely load, unload and move materials on-site, supporting efficient operations and on-time shipments.

You will stock deliveries, read work orders, and use handheld scanners and forklift equipment. The role requires basic warehouse experience, ability to obtain forklift certification within 30 days, and familiarity with SiteLine ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification within 30 days.
• Handheld scanner operation within 30 days.
• Ability to read dimensional drawings.
• Experience with ERP/warehouse systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stock, and inventory all deliveries.
• Safely load, unload, and move materials.
• Assist with new orders and cycle counts.
• Read and understand standard work and risk assessments.
• Exhibit product understanding and maintain records of material movement.
• Support service operations with pulling and picking parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
