Safety-Kleen in Davenport, IA is seeking a Material Handler (Warehouse Worker) to perform all assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner. You will follow all Safety-Kleen policies and federal/state regulations while working within a team focused on efficiency and accuracy.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with a start time between 6-7 am and overtime after 40 hours. The role includes paid training away from home when required and benefits after 30 days of full-time

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to follow specific instructions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision at times.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position.

Responsabilités

• Ensure health and safety is the priority and follow all safety policies.
• Unload containerized waste from route trucks.
• Reload trucks with supplies for next day’s runs.
• Ensure waste is properly shipped or moved to recycle/distribution centers.
• Stock the warehouse with received materials.
• Prepare waste loads for shipment and organize for transport.
• Perform branch housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Observe all safety and environmental guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and comply with regulations.
