Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Asheville, NC. You will unload deliveries, receive inventory, store products, and pick/pack orders. Some orders may be delivered in a light van. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a busy warehouse environment.

Expect to lift up to 70 lbs, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and use PPE as required. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with employee-owned company benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical requirements in a warehouse environment including lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE.
• Good attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• Minimum 18 years of age required.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Unload and accurately receive deliveries.
• Store product in specific location and note in system.
• Select and pack customer orders and at times deliver customer orders in light van or delivery vehicle.
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections.
