Job summary

Graybar is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. You will unload deliveries, receive inventory, store products in assigned locations and pick/pack customer orders. Occasional delivery duties may apply.

Role requires physical work and safe operation of warehouse equipment; benefits and employee ownership are highlighted across locations. Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours and a starting hourly rate of $18.25.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment (lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and push carts.
• Maintain consistent attendance and work ethic.
• Perform tasks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Unload and accurately receive deliveries.
• Store product in designated locations and log in the system.
• Select and pack customer orders and occasionally deliver in a light van.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and follow safety procedures including daily inspections.
