A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler (Warehouse) for a 40+ hour on-site role in Madison, GA. You will move and stage materials, restack pallets, and perform light inventory tasks following SOPs.

This contract position offers growth, a clear path to permanent employment based on attendance and performance. Benefits begin after 90 days, and 401(k) with company match is available after one year.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (required).
• Attendance: Must commit to first 90 days of attendance.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Restack pallets and secure shipments using a shrink wrap machine.
• Perform light inventory support and basic record-keeping as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Support general warehouse tasks including lifting, loading/unloading, and organization of product.
