Job summary

TCI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure the smooth flow of shipments and staging in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the United States. The role involves operating forklifts, loading/unloading materials, and using handheld devices to track inventory.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of warehouse experience, the ability to lift heavy materials, and a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in daily operations. May require overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; ability to operate handheld devices.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions; work independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) and other equipment to move freight.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Move materials to and from loading docks, storage areas and manufacturing areas.
• Identify and verify quantity and quality of incoming materials from various sources.
• Record locations in the warehouse using handhelds to maintain inventory.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and comply with safety policies; wear safety gear as required.
