Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Little Rock, AR is hiring a Warehouse Associate I - Material Handler 1st shift to support daily material flow for production. You will assist in shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, and moving materials with forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of tasks.

The role reports to the Inventory Supervisor. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in warehouse work and familiarity with RF transactions, barcoding, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year operating PIT equipment.
• 1+ year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years powered lift truck experience.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine production materials needed for runs.
• Perform RF transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and PIT equipment according to rules and OSHA requirements.
• Receive and ship materials; verify counts and document movements.
• Stock, stage, and transfer inventory using barcode scanning and system transactions.
