Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse -- Material Handler to assist with shipping and receiving, loading/unloading, and moving products within the warehouse. The role involves operating a forklift, stocking inventory, and fulfilling transfer orders to meet production timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors for material needs, performing RF transactions, using barcode scanning, and maintaining safety and GMP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operator experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow a schedule, as well as verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and work with co-workers in a team environment.
• Functions and operates comfortably in a very active and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine production material needs.
• Complete RF Transactions to ensure tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Operate a forklift safely and proficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trailers.
• Pick, stage and stock inventory using a powered lift truck and barcode scanning.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness per OSHA and safety regulations.
• Follow safety procedures and monitor areas to ensure compliance.
• Comply with all company policies, safety and GMP requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
