Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for multiple Warehouse Material Handler roles in College Park, GA. The positions offer on-site work with state-of-the-art equipment in a safe environment and weekly pay for hourly roles.

Responsibilities include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting, and processing related paperwork. Benefits start early with paid training and a 401(k) match, along with PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Able to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule on various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
