Base pay starts at $21.00 per hour with a 3% raise after 1 year, and the schedule is A Shift: Sun–Tue 5:00am–4:30pm and Wed 5:00am–10:45am. Employment type is Regular-Full time, located in Wilmington, IL 60481.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual and good attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Operate according to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
